Not an upscale pub, Chet's nonetheless is the first place you want for your
apres-ski experience at Elk Mountain.
A down-home atmosphere includes live musical groups and a varied menu.
Above all, is Chet's unbridled devotion to having a good time any day or night.
It's "Bar Code of Ethics" spells out the various ways
"Chetties" can enjoy their time. To become a Chettie you must - among
other things - witness the bar close, help put stools up, and leave your vehicle
in the parking lot overnight.

Chet's Place Recalls Its Glorious Softball Past;
Union Dale Ballclub Posts 17-1 Win Over Cordaro's

UNION DALE - It wasn't all that long ago that Chet's Place in Union Dale sponsored one of
the best men's teams in area modified softball action. Led by veterans like Mark Silfee and
Brad Strickland, the ballclub was a perennial contender for the Wayne County Men's League
championship.
